We facilitate the Jazz Leadership Project (JLP), an innovative approach to personal and team development through the entertaining insights of jazz music.

In our workshop, we use jazz principles and practices with a live jazz trio and employ an exclusive workstyle assessment to enhance personal creativity and communication skills, strengthen leadership capacity, and elevate group collaboration via experiential learning.

We've facilitated workshops for organizations such as JPMorgan Chase, Verizon, TD Bank, and Google.

The Jazz Leadership Project workshop, featuring live musicians, provides participants with tools to expand their leadership capacity and team cohesion. In half-day to full-day sessions, participants gain actionable insights into ways to become more effective and inspired in their workspace.
